Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother was rushed to the ER due to negligence here & almost died. She had to have emergency surgery on her head to save her life due to the negligence and lack of care from the staff.

Grandchild of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

Didn't give her meds right, decided she didn't need what she was taking. Then, when there was a behavioral problem, they shipped her to the behavioral place in Booneville. Um, think it could have been the meds? Nope,. Not by what they said.

Friend of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

Went in to see a cousin that only had been there since Friday evening. He was laying there a sleep and his urinal was on a dresser were he couldn't reach it. Then I went to get him some ice and the nurse or person at the desk was a sleep.
