Key Review Excerpts

The facility itself is always clean. The nursing and CNA staff are always so helpful, friendly and they are wonderful with the residents.

Family member · 2026★★★★★

There was a shortage of workers and the ones that were hired didn’t do their jobs, the weekend crew was the worst ! I never seen a group of people that Lazy in my life ! All because there was no supervision on weekends.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I had 4 separate residents ask me if I could get them something or clean up their room, which I did... So reconsider before leaving your loved ones at Three Rivers... it doesn't help when you have thieves working there either.
