What this means for your family

While many families report excellent, personalized care and engaging activities, there are recurring, serious reports of neglect and communication failures regarding medical incidents. When touring, we strongly recommend asking for the facility's specific protocol for notifying families after a fall and observing how staff interact with residents in common areas during off-peak hours.

Key Review Excerpts

I’ve come into find her lying in her own feces (and it was NOT new). To too if off, the staff denied any wrong doing. They said that they often checked on her and had ‘just been in there and she was fine’. Lie.

Memory care family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

My grandmother returned more than once after receiving a few months of care and therapy. She was always excited for bingo and LOVED having her nails painted by the staff.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My 100 year old, very high risk fall vulnerable grandmother has been here since Tues. She fell 'sometime' during the night. My family was never notified!
