  • 4I see there have been some recent challenges regarding facility maintenance and cleanliness; what is your current plan or schedule for housekeeping to ensure a fresh and sanitary environment for residents?
  • 5How do you manage the dining experience to ensure that meals are both nutritious and consistently enjoyable for residents with varying dietary needs?
  • 6What is the standard procedure for keeping families updated on a resident's medical status, and who is the primary point of contact if we have urgent questions?

Key Review Excerpts

The physical & occupational therapies at the villas helped me to walk again. They never pushed me past my energy , they kept me focused on my goals and spread exercises out throughout the day so I didn't overdue.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

When the hospital transfer arrived, there was no one there to greet us. No one knew she was coming and it took 20 minutes to find someone to help. I left her at 3:30 PM assuming she get her medication and dinner. She called me hours later and no one has even stopped in to check on her.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My Dad was here, and they were actually able to encourage him to shower!!! He had therapy and was able to go back home. We were happy with our experience.
