Key Review Excerpts

The only reason I can give them any stars is the physical & occupational therapy is excellent. Even though you only receive 30 minutes a day, they genuinely care about their patients.

Family member · 2024★★★★★

My mom was a resident at Villas at Brookview during the final weeks of her life while receiving hospice care. There were individual staff members who were kind and compassionate. The rehab group was wonderful and brought joy to my mom in her final weeks.

Hospice family member · 2026★★☆☆☆

My sister was there for three days and no one checked on her. She was needing to go to the restroom and after pushing the button for several hours and no one showed up. She was wet with urine and feces for hours with out the help she needed.

$26,685 in fines

This facility has a concerning pattern of families filing complaints that triggered 11 of 26 deficiencies across recent surveys. The most recurring issues involve quality of care and treatment, care planning and assessments, and fire safety systems. While the facility has corrected all identified problems with scheduled dates, the frequency of complaint-driven inspections suggests ongoing care concerns that prompted family members to contact authorities about medication errors, inadequate treatment, and failure to properly notify families of resident incidents.
