Key Review Excerpts

I walk in and find mother half out of the bed reaching for her call Button and yelling for help! Still no bath since Tuesday, same shirt all week long!

Memory care family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

The facility is new, clean, and modern, but what really sets Jonesboro Health and Rehabilitation apart is the staff. Of course they certainly have a high level of professionalism, but what makes the staff special is their compassion for each resident.

Long-term resident's family · 2015★★★★★

My brother has been there for over a year. The nursing staff and aides are very friendly and helpful. I have eaten meals with him in the cafeteria several times and even the administrator was in there working to get all patients and guest served.
