My Mom was a longtime/6+ yr resident of Horizon Senior Living in West Branch—starting pretty much as an independent resident but progressively worsening with a dementia diagnosis until her death in Sept ‘19. Initially— 6 yrs ago—she was very well taken care of and it’s become clear that, since Carrie took over as manager in ‘19, that level of care has returned.
