What this means for your family
The facility is highly regarded for its compassionate staff and effective rehabilitation services, making it a strong candidate for short-term recovery. However, given historical reports of building maintenance issues, we recommend touring the specific wing where your loved one will stay to ensure the infrastructure meets your standards.

14 reviews on Google“The Haven of Farmer City receives high praise for its warm, small-town atmosphere and dedicated, caring staff, particularly regarding short-term rehabilitation stays. While recent reviews are overwhelmingly positive, older feedback highlighted significant concerns regarding facility maintenance, specifically roof leaks and outdated furniture. Families should weigh the strong interpersonal care against the historical reports of infrastructure neglect.”

Key Review Excerpts
“My father was moved to FC Rehab in the fall of 2022, after a fall at another facility and a hospital stay. When he came to FC Rehab, they helped us navigate thru the paperwork and got him settled in. He has received nothing but the best care from all the staff and we are totally thrilled with his response to them.”
“My Aunt recovered from hip surgery at this facility and all I can say is thank you so much for awesome care the entire staff gave her, I definitely recommend anyone to recover at the Farmer City location.”
“They took good care of my aunt but the place could really use some updating. Very old and very stained furniture. Lots of water damage to the walls and flooring due to the roof leaking and the roof continues to leak.”
