“Clarissa promises the world and when she does not deliver, has a lot of excuses. My father was in the same clothes for days. Was told room and bathroom tidied daily, that did not happen. Bathroom was nasty. My father is early on dementia and needs meds administered, big reason he was there. There was a pill on the floor of his room.”
