Key Review Excerpts

My step dad fell out the bed twice and they left him on the floor we seen him on camera on the floor and had to drive to pick him up. Staff do not care about clients.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

My dad was there and they over medicated him (which landed him in the hospital) and then got upset when he stopped taking his medicine... They were super unorganized, unresponsive, and the place was unsanitary.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The drawers were filthy and had dead bugs in them. The heater was breaking away from the wall. They had fans going I'm guessing to try and cover the smell.
