What this means for your family

This facility offers a high-quality environment for independent living with excellent access to university resources and fitness programs. However, families should be aware of recent concerns regarding communication and restrictive isolation policies during health outbreaks; we recommend asking management specifically about their current protocols for resident movement and family updates during quarantine periods.

Key Review Excerpts

The quality of staff, personnel and medical care was excellent. The lead team knows how to bring on new staff that cares for people and shows the quality of excellence that Woodlands at FU desires.

Rehab patient · 2023★★★★★

My father is there just sitting in his room and told he has Covid and can’t go outside. He can’t even get fresh air outdoors even though he feels fine. It seems like this place is nice- until you get there, and then it’s more like a prison.

Memory care family member · 2025★★☆☆☆

The staff has been superb in filling in the dining room personnel vacancies and we have been well-fed with tasty dishes; We enjoy the comfortable , well-maintained indoor and outdoor environment.
