Resident A was receiving a medication that was discontinued in July 2023; also out of Trazodone and Depakote prescriptions.
Resident B's October MAR was not available in the medication binder.
Resident A's Medication Administration Record (MAR) was not initialed to demonstrate evening Trazodone PRN was passed.
Resident B was without medication since August 2023.
Staff member (Ms. Mbomea) reported she could not answer questions regarding medication because she does not know how to pass medications.
