What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with long-term care, the facility has significant red flags regarding responsiveness and basic care standards in the memory care unit. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to the specific unit your loved one would occupy and asking for a detailed breakdown of how therapy hours are scheduled.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom has been a patient on the memory care unit floor (3) for a few years, and we have been pleased with the care she has received. We have found the staff very attentive to her needs, and she always looks taken care of and healthy when we visit.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★

My aunt is a patient in their so called "memory care" but the unit smells like feces, the unit is incredibly understaffed, and the management refuses to provide wipes, chux pads, and a FULL MEAL, or adequate ventilation-85 degrees on the unit one day.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

As soon as patient is admitted, facility sets up discharge plan Patient supposed yo get one hour OT and one hour PT. They combine them so you just get one hour total a day
