What this means for your family

While the facility is visually clean, the recurring reports of neglect, medication errors, and communication failures are significant red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct an unannounced visit and specifically ask for the facility's policy on pressure ulcer prevention and how they handle resident property during transitions.

Key Review Excerpts

When my patient was brought home by ambulance, his wheelchair, pad and thermal cup were not with him, plus none of his personal medicines. When the ambulance driver drove back to St Clare, she was told that they had thrown his pad away and gave her someone else’s much smaller wheelchair.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

If you can find somewhere else to send your love one do it. From my experience my mother is on the end of the hall. Depending who's assigned over her room . (CNA) Her food is cold when it comes. You have to ask for the ice pitcher to be filled.

Long-term resident's family · 2017☆☆☆☆

Dad fell no one called and let us know. He also ended up with a bed sore from not being turned every 2 hours.
