Key Review Excerpts

The most horrific place I've ever witnessed in my entire life. Everything is filthy, sticky floors, mold around the closet door, dust everywhere and the smell is putrid.

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

My husband was always soaking wet with Urine and hungry. Most of his clothes disappears. When I ask about it no one cared to look for them.

Spouse of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

To give credit, a few of the staff members have been very helpful/responsive and the physical rehab staff is good, but they are in the minority and can't make up for the overall scary treatment of patients at Springdale.
