What this means for your family

While Spring Creek has undergone significant renovations and receives praise for its therapy and admissions teams, the recurring reports of hygiene issues and medication management failures are serious red flags. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend requesting a tour that includes non-public areas and speaking directly with current residents or their families about their daily care experiences.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The nursing team, therapy staff, and administration all went above and beyond to ensure my [mother/father/loved one] received the best care possible.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

Spring Creek confiscated my medication upon arrival, and within 2 weeks I was already 'out'. I tried to contact my pharmacy for a refill but it was too soon for refills. There have been more than 10 instances where I did not get all of my medication as prescribed.

Resident · 2026☆☆☆☆

The first floor half of it looks decent the remaining of the building is falling apart. Literally. Rooms have holes in the wall. Soap dispensers broken with bag soap just on sink. No sanitizer, bugs all over.

Spring Creek Healthcare Center has a pattern of recurring fire safety deficiencies across multiple surveys, with repeated issues in emergency exits, fire alarm systems, and smoke detection equipment appearing in 2021, 2023, and 2025. The facility also shows ongoing problems with care planning, resident rights, and medication management that persist across inspections. One family filed a complaint in 2023 regarding readmission policies. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring nature of safety violations raises concerns about sustained compliance.
