What this means for your family

While the facility is physically modern, the recurring reports of neglect, slow response times, and medical mismanagement are significant red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and speak directly with current residents' families to verify if staffing levels have improved, as the current pattern of complaints suggests systemic issues with oversight.

Key Review Excerpts

They brought her chili and cheese hotdogs every other day, and when my mother had to be changed or her diaper being changed they would leave the door wide open while she was laying on the bed naked She would push the button for help and sometimes it would take over an hour for someone to come.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

The nursing/CNA staff are mostly caring, although there are not enough of them for the number of residents that are living there-- this is for- profit health care, after all. Your loved one will wait and wait for assistance when they call for it.

Family member · 2026★★☆☆☆

My mother in law got a bad infection here during her first visit sending her back for a second surgery. Then the second time they released her with an extremely toxic cocktail of prescriptions that no doctor reviewed.
