What this means for your family

Skaalen offers a beautiful campus and a strong variety of care levels, making it a convenient choice for many. However, given the recent reports of chronic understaffing and unprofessional conduct, we strongly recommend visiting during off-peak hours and asking management specifically how they ensure consistent staffing levels and staff accountability.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff are on top of all of her needs. They promptly inform in any changes in her health and are very caring with her. It is also beautiful and lots of light

Needs more staffing. Great place for rehab

Rehab patient family member · 2020☆☆☆☆

I was doing recovery from an injury and living in Skaalen.. There are a lot of nice people. But what ruined it for me is that one night I had a disagreement with a CNA. This blond haired nurse , who was in no way involved started screaming and yelling at me down the patient hall while they were sleeping.
