Reviewer feedback for Shore Street Assisted Living suggests areas to investigate further. Common concerns include: unprofessional and rude staff behavior (mentioned by 3 reviewers), lack of adequate staff training. We recommend visiting in person, talking to current residents and their families, and asking specific questions about the concerns identified in reviews.
Families should exercise extreme caution as multiple reviewers report highly unprofessional and rude behavior from both staff and supervisors. While one recent review notes a new group of good workers, the prevailing sentiment focuses on aggressive attitudes and a lack of professional training.
