What this means for your family

This facility has a strong reputation for rehabilitation therapy, which may be beneficial for short-term recovery. However, families should be aware of recurring reports regarding rude staff and poor communication; we strongly recommend visiting in person to observe staff-resident interactions and asking about their process for resolving maintenance or care concerns.

Key Review Excerpts

I was a patient here April 7, 2021 _ April 23, 2021 and I can say all the staff were great & patient with me, the OT & PT worked with me to have strength & able to walk with a boot on left foot & brace on right leg.. The food was great. & a full tray of good taste.

Rehab patient · 2021★★★★★

My dad is currently staying here for therapy, I'm not allowed to see him so we have to communicate by phone. His room phone dosen't work properly. I told nurses and even the social director, but nothing has been done to correct it.

Long-term resident's family · 2020★★★☆☆

I want to give a huge shout out to Monica! She is a fresh breath of air that woman! My friend was recently a patient at sheboygan health and he RAVED about how she greets him and others by their names. It's like she actually cared.
