What this means for your family

While the facility features a modern skilled nursing wing and a well-regarded therapy team, the recurring reports of poor hygiene and staffing shortages are significant red flags. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit during a weekend or evening shift to observe the actual level of care and cleanliness firsthand before making a decision.

The PT made her cry by rolling her eyes and yelling 'you ain't even trying' the food was served cold more then half the time.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

There was a biohazard hazard in her drawer/night stand the gave her. The staff was quick to tell.me that wasn't blood. Great... so urine? Vomit what? And there was feces on the wall next to my mom's bed.

Long-term resident's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

The care was amazing, they were so wonderful with my mom. They are one on one with patients. From the administration to the therapist. I can't say enough about the care.

This facility has a concerning pattern of recurring deficiencies across care planning, medication management, and quality of care, with seven issues stemming from family complaints. Problems with resident assessments and care planning have persisted across multiple surveys from 2022-2025, indicating ongoing systematic issues. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the repeated nature of core care problems suggests families should carefully evaluate whether improvements are sustained.
