What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its physical environment and rehab therapy, but families should be aware of reported staffing shortages that can impact response times. We strongly recommend scheduling a tour to observe the current staffing atmosphere firsthand and asking management specifically about their current turnover rates and how they handle call-button response times during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts

They are short staffed so it took longer than I hoped but everyone was very kind and compassionate. Special shoutout to my aides Kamala, Christine, Anna, Odel, Alvin, Midas and Irene.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★

The staff is neglectful borderline abusive. My grandma stayed here for a few weeks after a stroke for rehab. On several occasions she had to call my grandpa to come clean her up because she had soiled herself and no nurse would answer the call button.

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

The management is in shambles. They can’t keep any good staff. It used to be a great place to live! My parents lived in independent living for over 15 years. Now my Dad is in long term care and it is a challenge every day.

4 complaint-triggered

This facility has faced recurring challenges with four families filing complaint-triggered reports about issues including resident rights, dietary accommodations, care planning, and safety hazards. The most frequent problem areas involve fire safety systems, resident rights protections, and dietary services, with fire safety deficiencies appearing across multiple surveys. While all identified issues have correction dates, the pattern of repeated deficiencies in core care areas suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should discuss during visits.
