What this means for your family

The facility offers a high-end, clean environment with excellent dining options that many families appreciate. However, because recent feedback has raised concerns about management flexibility and the consistency of nursing assistant care, we recommend asking specifically about staff-to-patient ratios and how management handles family concerns during your tour.

Key Review Excerpts

The surroundings were spotless and exquisite, reminiscent of a luxurious Marriott property.

Rehab patient's family member · 2024★★★★★

Beautiful facility on the outside, however management staff are not helpful or flexible and arevery dependent on aids. I would not send my loved ones there after seeing some of the STNAs they are allowing to work there.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

Rockland Ridge is the cleanest hands down. Beautiful on the inside and out. Beautifully decorated. They have many different sitting areas for residents and visitors to visit whenever residents.
