Key Review Excerpts

They administered the Wrong Medications and the Med Nurse didn't know What the pills were for Nor could she Pronounce the Meds.

Family member of resident · 2022☆☆☆☆

She got into matters that she legally should not have access to. Also big HIPAA violation discussing what she disclosed in our conversation without confirming in anyway who she was discussing this informati

Spouse of patient · 2026☆☆☆☆

I'm not impressed with the staff at this facility. The seem to play mind games with some of the residents. Also you don't get in to a resident for slamming doors, and then you go and slam your door on the residents.

Riverways Manor has 28 deficiencies across recent inspections, with families filing at least one complaint about improper resident transfers.
