Key Review Excerpts

The facility is filthy and the staff is dangerously incompetent. We were told my mom had to be in a skilled nursing for rehab because she couldn’t walk on her own. Staff refused to help her to the bathroom and lied to me about it.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My 52 year old sister in law was only there 2 and half months... Her care was horrible to say the least she was there 5 days before they got her out of bed. It was 2 weeks before they bathed her... Needless to say she is on life support because of the lack of care.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

Rena truly is a shining light in the building. She does a great job showing potential residents around and providing great detail of what to expect
