While many families report a warm and friendly environment, there is a concerning pattern of residents waiting long periods for assistance after pressing call buttons. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend visiting unannounced during off-peak hours to observe staff responsiveness and verifying the cleanliness of the specific room your loved one will occupy.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom has been there almost two months and hasn’t even got her hair washed or a bath. ... She has choked multiple times and has needed to be changed and has pushed her button and they have taken forever to come check on her.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My father was there for 4 days and we moved him out as soon as we could! His room was nasty, had a filthy couch, furniture was tearing up, bed was broken, no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, spider webs, dirty floors and the facility reeks of urine and feces.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The staff was very helpful, kind, and cares about the patient and visitors. Mrs Andrea is the biggest help and really cares about people and treats you more like family than a visitor
