What this means for your family
This facility is highly regarded for its cleanliness and dedicated rehabilitation staff, making it a strong candidate for post-surgical recovery. However, because some families have reported inconsistent care during holidays or weekends, we recommend asking specifically about their staffing ratios during off-hours and how they monitor basic needs like hydration and oxygen for high-acuity residents.

66 reviews on Google“Retirement Ranches Inc. receives high praise for its clean, odor-free environment and a compassionate, attentive staff that frequently goes above and beyond for residents. While the vast majority of reviews are glowing, a small number of families have raised serious concerns regarding inconsistent care, specifically related to hydration, oxygen management, and staffing levels during holidays. Families considering this facility should be encouraged by the strong rehabilitation team and welcoming atmosphere, but should also conduct thorough due diligence regarding care protocols.”

Key Review Excerpts
“The Retirement Ranch staff has gone above and beyond to help my mother feel as comfortable and safe as possible. They keep track of all interactions with my mother, when she eats, how much she was able to eat, they assist her in every manner possible, and the place is kept so clean!”
“I stayed at Retirement Ranch for care after hip surgery. The nurses & CNA’s in Pod 5 were amazing. I was in a lot of pain & they were caring & attentive in helping me recover. The physical therapists helped me regain movement in my hip which made my recovery faster.”
“The facility is surprisingly nice. It’s kept clean and has none of that “nursing home” smell. They have a large patio area with a nice pond and waterfall. The food is good and plentiful. The Physical Therapy room was well equipped with anything you might imagine, and more.”

The facility shows recurring issues with resident rights, safety hazards, and medication management across multiple surveys from 2022-2025.
