Hot water temperature at the resident bathroom faucet was observed to be 90 degrees Fahrenheit, which is below the required range of 105 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
The stove was not equipped with two knobs to control the burners for cooking.
Failure to conduct evacuation assessments within 30 days of admission for Resident A (admitted 05/01/2023) and Resident B (admitted 04/14/2022).
The refrigerator locked box used for medication storage was not operable.
