Key Review Excerpts

The facility has been renovated and looks very nice but my family member stayed here for over 4 weeks and the stay was quite horrifying! Our first night we were there the nurse “forgot” to list my family members meds on the paperwork that was brought over from the hospital.

Family member of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

My father is currently at this facility, he has dementia. It is sad that they just leave him in his wheelchair 20 out of 24 hours in a day. If he needs to go to the bathroom, he has to wait for an aid, most of the time he winds up going in his diaper as the aid doesn't come right away.

Daughter of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

Unfortunately my review is about the lack of cleanliness. My father’s room was dirty. The floor was dirty, dusty, stained, and look like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Redbank Center shows a pattern of recurring issues across multiple surveys, particularly with fire safety systems, infection control, and medication management appearing repeatedly from 2020 through 2025. One family filed a complaint about medication errors in 2025. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the persistence of similar problems across three years suggests ongoing challenges with maintaining consistent safety and care standards.
