The facility underwent an unannounced Case Management visit on February 12, 2026. The Licensing Program Analyst obtained copies of the resident records during the visit. No deficiencies were cited at this time according to the report.

The inspector noted that the kitchen had adequate perishable and non-perishable food supplies, and all tested safety equipment, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, were functioning properly. No deficiencies were cited at this time per California Code of Regulations Title 22.

FACILITY EVALUATION REPORT

The facility underwent an unannounced annual inspection, covering tours of the interior and exterior, including kitchen, offices, and resident rooms. The inspection noted several positive findings, such as proper medication and cleaning product storage, and confirmed that all exit and passageways were clear. No deficiencies were issued at this time, though the inspection was incomplete due to time constraints.
