Key Review Excerpts

Great place! Staff is so friendly and the atmosphere there is more relaxing and homey. They have activities every day, 3 x's a day. Food is great and they really encourage their clients to eat and participate.

Local Guide · 2022★★★★★

My dad is in this Care Center. They seem to be understaffed and that may be why daddy hasn't been walking. Now the muscles in his legs have atrophied so he can't walk. The food is below average and often daddy can't chew it.

Long-term resident's family · 2018★★★☆☆

The administration is a joke. No one take accountability. The management is like a high-school click, it's a joke. I would not recommend to anyone until there is a administration change.

Families have filed multiple complaints about this facility, with recurring issues in accident prevention and safety supervision appearing across recent surveys. The facility struggles most with maintaining safe environments, medication management, and resident care planning, with deficiencies persisting from 2019 through 2025. While all violations show correction dates, the pattern of repeated safety concerns and ongoing complaint-triggered investigations suggests families should carefully evaluate this facility's ability to provide consistent, safe care.
