Key Review Excerpts

The PT and OT team has worked with him consistently and communicated with me about his progress. They have prepared me of ways to help him when he gets home.

Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★★★

My Uncle was placed at Pruitt Home Health Toccoa in April of 2024 for Health reasons. All the staff and nurses have made the transition for him a smooth one. They are helpful and most of all he is happy and enjoys being at Pruitt.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

It seems like an okay facility other than the horrible smell of urine and feces and understaffed and some rooms are too crowded. I know this is an old building but it does need an overhaul and deep cleaning.
