Key Review Excerpts

They did not want to transport my loved one to the hospital and if my sister had not been adamant about her being transferred, she would have laid in her room and died.

Family member of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

The management positions in this facility seem to be well knowledgeable and sufficient in their duties, but removed from actual contact from the patients. The labor employees are always helpful when approached. Your nursing staff (not all, but more than half) are reluctant to engage with patients families, they have no sense of purpose or urgency when patients ring for assistance.

Family member · 2025★★★☆☆

My mom has been well taken care of at Pruitt's. She likes the food and the caregivers; she says they are the best. I live close to 750 miles away and appreciate the communication from the staff to me.
