Families seeking long-term care should exercise significant caution due to frequent reports of severe neglect, including issues with hygiene, medication errors, and untreated medical conditions like bedsores. While some residents benefit from highly compassionate individual caregivers and a strong rehabilitation department, there is a recurring pattern of understaffing and poor communication from administration.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

My grandmother went in needing physical therapy to get her strength back so she can walk again and she has went down hill since the short time there has been there which has not even been a full year. She can no longer walk and is currently in the hospital for stage 4 bed sores and grave infection.

12 complaint-triggered

Families have filed multiple complaints triggering half of the deficiencies, indicating ongoing concerns about resident rights, care planning, and facility conditions. The most recurring issues involve resident rights violations, fire safety problems, and inadequate care planning. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of complaint-driven inspections and repeated fire safety citations suggests families should carefully evaluate whether this facility can consistently meet their loved one's needs.
