What this means for your family

PruittHealth - Jasper is frequently praised for its clean environment and effective rehabilitation services, making it a strong contender for short-term recovery. However, families should be aware of consistent reports regarding weekend understaffing and potential delays in call-button response times. We recommend asking the administration specifically about their weekend staffing ratios and how they ensure consistent hygiene care during off-peak hours.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff, unit secretaries, kitchen, business office, housekeeping, laundry, activities, social services, all departments included were excellent. Did they do everything perfect? No. But what makes them a 5 star facility in my mind is their willingness to fix or adjust anything I had concerns about.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My mom was in the Rehabiliation Center at Pruitt Healthcare in 2024 where she received outstanding care. They assisted in making her stronger to where she was able to come home. However, several months later due to declining health she had to be admitted again. There was no hesitation that Pruitt is where she needed to be.

Rehab/Long-term family member · 2025★★★★★

It’s hard to get someone to come when the call button is pushed because there is no way 2 or 3 CNA’s can be everywhere they are needed . But when they do come they are very kind and attentive.
