Key Review Excerpts

The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are AMAZING, PHENOMENAL, OUTSTANDING! They are VERY caring and thorough. The administrative staff, CNA staff, nursing staff, and the food leave A LOT to be desired.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★☆☆

The supervisory and administration personnel were very responsive to any inquiries and concerns. The nursing and CNA staff were conscientious and several members went above and beyond making mom as comfortable as possible. The only negative I had was the material condition and the daily cleanliness of the room.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★

If your loved one is considered total care, you must be present. Be willing to take over their transportation, schedule appts, fix power chairs, order medical & hygiene supplies, wash clothes, and hold management accountable for life sustaining care.
