While the facility is physically modern and offers high-quality physical therapy, the recurring reports of severe understaffing and neglect are deeply concerning. If you choose this facility, it is essential to have a family member present as an advocate to ensure basic needs like hydration and medication are met, as response times for staff assistance are frequently reported as inadequate.

Key Review Excerpts

PT and occupational therapy is about the best thing that that place has got going for them. When you push the button for help, you don’t get it. It takes hours on end to get help.

Rehab patient · 2025★★☆☆☆

Nice new place that is really clean but the care for the patients is pitiful. My father in law was there and the first night he was there a staff member called and ask if somebody could come sit with him because their staffing was short.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

From a resident who has lived here for over 4 years... it is a 5 star facility with the best therapists around. I came here and my body was a puddle... Now with the help of therapy, I have been able to transfer to/from my wheelchair.

Families have filed complaints leading to deficiencies in four separate instances, indicating ongoing concerns about care quality. The facility shows recurring problems with resident rights (particularly maintaining a safe, clean environment), fire safety systems, and building maintenance issues. While all deficiencies have reported correction dates, the pattern of repeated violations in resident rights and safety systems suggests persistent operational challenges families should carefully evaluate during visits.
