Key Review Excerpts

My aunt rang for the staff multiple times over a 3 hour period NOONE came or answered she needed to use the bathroom and was unable to get out of bed due to hip surgery, she wound up peeing herself.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My dad was a resident here. With 20+ years working in Healthcare I've never seen a place so old, rundown, dirty, they don't keep up with the repairs, and numerous issues with a leaking AC, floors were filthy.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆
