Key Review Excerpts

They have consistently shown patience, warmth and great care with my sister. They have seen through her behavior to her intelligence and have gone out of their way to find ways to connect with and comfort her.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

My mother went there for rehab after a stroke she was terrible neglected fell numerous times trying to use restroom on her own because nurses would not come after her calling them several times.

Rehab patient's family · 2017☆☆☆☆

I don’t know what’s going on with Nurses today. This nurse had her headphones in the entire time of my visit yapping away using all kinds of profane language. Real sad thing to see.

Pleasant Ridge Manor has a concerning pattern of recurring problems, particularly with building safety systems and care quality, with families filing complaints about abuse reporting and treatment issues. The facility shows persistent deficiencies across multiple surveys in fire safety systems, electrical issues, and resident care planning. While all issues have correction dates, the repeated violations in safety systems and the complaint-triggered deficiencies regarding abuse investigations and care standards suggest ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful consideration during your visit.
