What this means for your family
While some families report positive rehabilitation outcomes and engaging activities, the facility has a concerning history of cleanliness issues and reports of medical neglect. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of resident rooms and asking specifically how the facility manages communication during medical emergencies.

Key Review Excerpts
“He came there walking only with a cane, he left in a wheelchair, never to walk again. He also got a bedsore on his heel, and Therapy rigged up these long plastic velcro “things” for him to wear that were too long, and said they couldn’t make them shorter!”
“Mother sent for rehab. Fell three times. Dehydration, UTIs, falls, C diff, ect. People aren't priority. This administration should be ashamed!”
“The staff is so nice and treats me just like family. This is the cleanest and most well taken care of facility I have been in. There are always fantastic activities and games for us to enjoy throughout the week including arts and crafts and bingo 2 times a week.”
