What this means for your family

Given the recent, alarming reports of neglect and hygiene issues, we strongly advise families to conduct an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms personally. While some families have had positive experiences in the past, the current trend indicates a significant decline in care standards that warrants extreme caution.

Key Review Excerpts

My father was neglected at this facility. They lost all his clothing and he back tracked 100% from the time he discharged at CMMC three weeks ago.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The staff that care really do but a few bad apples ruin the bunch. Food leaves alot to be desired and lots of mistakes with diets and with trying to get likes/dislikes.

This facility shows recurring patterns of fire safety and building code violations across multiple surveys, with repeated issues in smoke detection systems, emergency preparedness, and fire safety equipment. Seven deficiencies were triggered by family complaints, including concerns about resident safety, infection control, and proper care delivery. While all violations show correction dates, the persistence of similar fire safety problems across surveys raises concerns about the facility's ability to maintain consistent safety standards.
