Key Review Excerpts

The rehabilitation department has been nothing short of extradinaty. In just a few months of hard work and guidance from this amazing staff have given me my independence again.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

I came in one morning to find the HELP call button on the floor and obviously out of reach. Mom was told she had to wait at least 24 hours for IV meds because the facility didn't have a machine to deliver the meds.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

They didn't give me my home meds like my epilepsy meds and pain meds. I had surgery on my leg. They had big Roaches. They left me with a dirty diaper more than once after hitting the call button.

Families filed complaints about accident hazards, with this issue recurring four times across surveys from 2018 through 2024, suggesting persistent safety concerns.
