Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed your team is very active in responding to online feedback; how do you use that family input to improve daily operations and communication?
  • 2Given the current staffing levels, what specific protocols are in place to ensure that nurse call buttons are answered promptly?
  • 3Can you walk me through your medication management process and what safeguards are in place to ensure accuracy and timely delivery?
  • 4Since your rehab and physical therapy programs are so well-regarded, how do you integrate those services into the daily routine for residents who aren't in active therapy?
  • 5How do you handle billing and insurance inquiries to ensure families have a clear understanding of daily rates and any potential changes?
  • 6With such a wide variety of activities and events, how do you help new residents get involved and feel connected to the community during their first few weeks?

Key Review Excerpts

Lisa in Transportation is a rock star! She jumped through hoops to manage my mother's transport to her Dr's appointments. With Mom being in a facility over an hour away from her providers, she saved me over 4 hours of drive time each appointment.

Family of a resident

My mother was here after a surgery and they didn’t even give her medications as directed. We would have to CALL and ask them to administer it & then be䣵 be told a specific nurse had to be on shift & once 4pm hits there’s no one there!

Family of a post-surgery resident

Carolyn Malcom is hands down the best CNA at Park Place. My father can be very high maintenance partly because of his dementia, partly because that’s his personality. Carolyn handles all his needs with such grace and patience.
