Key Review Excerpts

My husband was admitted for Physical Therapy for a broken hip. Slow start on the first day but the PT Anna is great! Getting out of here soon.

Rehab patient's family · 2026★★★★★

Since new management has taken over, the facility is much cleaner and doesn't reek of urine. The staff is friendly and helpful, and my friend is happy there

Long-term resident's friend · 2025★★★★

They had a couple of nurses that were stealing my dad’s pain pills and when he would get upset because those nurses tried to make tell him he had taken it already he would throw a fit because he knew he hadn’t taken it and we called the state and come to find out after an investigation he was right his pain pills were missing .

Families have filed 18 complaints leading to federal citations, indicating serious concerns about medication management, quality of care, and resident rights.
