What this means for your family

While the facility is frequently praised for its active social calendar and effective rehab therapy, the recurring reports of hygiene neglect and medication errors are serious red flags. We strongly recommend that you conduct an unannounced visit during a weekend or evening shift to observe staffing levels and resident care firsthand before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy ladies are fantastic .The CNA here are very nice and ready to help out .The nurses are very caring .No place is perfect and there is no place like home.

Rehab patient · 2018★★★★

After a loved one has spent some time here I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Lydie gave me her email for any concerns and will not respond to any emails I send. Our loved one has had numerous issues with medication errors.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Residents are routinely left sitting in hallways for hours at a time without being changed or properly cared for. Basic hygiene is neglected, residents miss scheduled showers, are not shaved, and do not have their nails trimmed.
