What this means for your family
While the rehabilitation therapy team is frequently praised, the recurring reports of medication errors and poor staff responsiveness are significant red flags. If you consider this facility, we strongly advise you to conduct unannounced visits and ask specifically about their protocols for medication management and how they handle communication with families during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts
“The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the rehab therapists. The therapists there are very nice and they helped my mother really well. The staff there are CRAP!!!”
“I had an elderly relative here, and the staff is highly unprofessional and have horrid bedside manners. The 'nurses' don't seem to grasp patients with dementia can't ask for help or remember to hit the button, they want to be on their phones while giving care.”
“I, myself was in this facility. As far as my care and therapy went. It was good. Therapy was the only reason I was in there for. The 'Doctor' if you want to call him that is another story. He put me on a blood pressure pill to take 3 times a day. Not if needed. I told him to his face that I didn't need it and I wasn't gonna take it. They gave it to me anyway.”
