Key Review Excerpts

The existing care staff work hard but there are not enough employees to cover tasks adequately. Offer better pay and get rid of reasons why you are understaffed so that you can avoid leaving patients in less than sanitary conditions for hours at a time.

Family member · 2026★★☆☆☆

The aids took personal care of my mother and treated her well. I love the fact that her well being was a priority. I will recommend this facility. If you are putting a loved one in a rehab facility, please do your homework.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

From the first day I placed my Mother in assisted living at Otterbein Sunset house it was a living hell. It took me 6 months to get the staff to change her sheets weekly. Some times she would go months without clean sheets.
