The facility underwent an unannounced Case Management visit following an Unusual Incident Report regarding fraudulent activity on a resident's debit cards. The Licensing Program Analyst interviewed relevant parties and reviewed documentation. Overall, the facility was found to be in compliance with Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations, with no deficiencies cited on this date.

The facility underwent a required annual inspection and was generally observed to be clean, safe, and sanitary. However, one Type B deficiency was cited regarding the temperature of hot water delivered from resident care faucets. This deficiency requires immediate attention to ensure proper temperature regulation for resident safety.

This report details the findings of a complaint investigation conducted on the facility. The investigation addressed four allegations: staff entry permission, food quality, visitor restrictions, and inappropriate touching. All allegations were reviewed, and the department found insufficient evidence to substantiate any of the reported violations.
