A relicensure survey was completed on 11/19/24. A deficiency was cited. Based on record review and interview, the residence failed to ensure there was at least one staff member on-site at all times with current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) from a nationally recognized organization, affecting five current residents.Findings include:On 11/19/24 at 9:45 a.m., documentation of staff CPR certifications were provided by the administrator. The CPR certification for Staff #4 revealed that the CPR certification was not from a nationally recognized organization. The October and November 2024 staff schedules revealed the residence failed to ensure there was at least one staff member with current certification in CPR from a nationally recognized organization from the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on 10/2, 10/9, 10/12, 10/14, 10/16, 10/18, 10/19, 10/23, 10/26, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, and 11/16/24. On 11/19/24 at 3:45 p.m, the administrator said she was unaware that Staff #4 did not have a CPR certification issued by a nationally recognized organization.
