Key Review Excerpts

My only regret with NHC is that I wasn't able to get my mother there sooner. We experienced a level of care here that far exceeded any other facility she has ever been in.

Memory care family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

They do not change patience some times for two and three days. Some care and some do not. It smells like urine. They do not change the water. Serve patients food they can’t eat.

Visitor · 2026☆☆☆☆

My Friend was there 4 weeks, took 4 days to get surgical wounds changed for Hip surgery and medication correction the Dr only comes in 1 x a week.

4 complaint-triggered

Families filed complaints in 2024 that revealed significant issues with medication management, respiratory care, infection control, and resident rights regarding self-administered medications. The facility had prior deficiencies in 2022 involving infection control protocols, feeding tubes, and bed rail safety. While all violations have reported correction dates, the pattern of complaint-triggered deficiencies suggests families should carefully evaluate current care quality during visits.
